For the past 6 years I’ve had the honor of working for SYBO Games, cultivating the virality of Subway Surfers, by setting video strategy, creating subversive content and collaborating directly with our community.
I single-handedly ran and managed the @subwaysurfers TikTok account from 2019-2022, growing it from 10,000 to 5,000,000 followers, and have since run it with our talented Player Experience team, reaching 9m+ followers.
I have also been growing and managing the Subway Surfers YouTube channel, which is now the most subscribed YouTube channel in Denmark with 8.9m+ subscribers.
Additionally, I help strengthen SYBO’s brand positioning and internal communications through documentaries and yearly sizzle reels.

I was approached to help indie developer Glowlight Games establish a foothold on TikTok and create awareness around their early access game; The Magical Mixture Mill.
TMMM was Glowlight’s first game and they had no pre-existing social media presence, therefore strategy work included lots of exploratory content creation to nail tone of voice for a brand new IP.
Glowlight had also struggled with a qualitative understanding of their target audience as well as determining its size.
By onboarding the team and consistently reporting on market/customer insights gained from TikTok, we were able to establish personas that guided their continued branding of TMMM.
