I was approached to help indie developer Glowlight Games establish a foothold on TikTok and create awareness around their early access game; The Magical Mixture Mill.

TMMM was Glowlight’s first game and they had no pre-existing social media presence, therefore strategy work included lots of exploratory content creation to nail tone of voice for a brand new IP.

Glowlight had also struggled with a qualitative understanding of their target audience as well as determining its size.

By onboarding the team and consistently reporting on market/customer insights gained from TikTok, we were able to establish personas that guided their continued branding and marketing of TMMM.
